Wasabi Cream with Smoked Salmon

Ingredients: 4 servings

Sliced smoked salmon200 g / 7.1 oz
Crème fraiche100 g
S&B Wasabi Sauce20 g / 0.7 oz
Red radish, grated and drained100 g / 3.5 oz
Shallot, chopped finely1 pcs / 40 g / 1.4 oz
Dill, chopped finely5 g / 0.2 oz
Chives, chipped finely5 g / 0.2 oz
Olive oil2 tsp

Directions

  1. 1. Prepare the wasabi sauce by mixing all the ingredients except the smoked salmon. A blender will prove most effective at producing a creamy, smooth texture.
  2. Once the mixture is cream-like, season to taste with salt and pepper.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the wasabi cream and serve it alongside the smoked salmon. Alternatively, combine the two on blinis and serve as a canapé. This wasabi sauce can also be used as an excellent accompaniment to roast beef.
