Wasabi Ice Cream

Ingredients: 2 servings

Vanilla ice cream1/2 cup / 150 g / 5.3 oz
S&B Wasabi Powder1 tbsp / 15 g / 0.5 oz
Milk2 tbsp / 30 g / 1.1 oz
Yogurt3 1/2 tbsp / 50 g / 1.8 oz

Directions

  1. Combine S&B Wasabi Powder and milk to make paste. Set aside for 5 minutes.
  2. Soften vanilla ice cream by keeping at room temperature for 10 minutes.
  3. Add 1) and yogurt to 2), and mix. Place in freezer until it gets hard.
