Wasabi Flavor Roast Chicken

Ingredients: 2 servings

Chicken thigh, cut into half lengthwise1
Sake (rice wine)1 tbsp
Salt1/2 tsp
S&B Seasoned PepperPinch
S&B Wasabi Paste2 tbsp
Cooking oil2 tsp
Soy sauce1 tsp

Directions

  1. Sprinkle sake on chicken and rub into meat. Season with S&B Seasoned Pepper.
  2. Heat oil in a frying pan and cook with the chicken skin down until golden brown.
  3. Flip chicken and cook the other side. Cover the pan with a lid and cook for 3 minutes on a low heat.
  4. Take off the lid, spread wasabi paste on the chicken skin.
    Cover with the lid again and cook for 3 minutes. Pour soy sauce over chicken and serve.
