Salmon Tartar with Wasabi

Ingredients: 2 servings

Salmon, minced2/3 cup / 200 g / 7.1 oz
Onion, minced2 tbsp / 15 g / 0.5 oz
Tomato, minced1/4 cup / 50 g / 1.8 oz
Lemon zest1 tsp
Dill, finely chopped1 bch / 1 g

Sauce

Double cream or heavy cream1 tbsp
Soy sauce5 tsp
S&B Wasabi Paste1 tbsp / 15 g / 0.5 oz

Directions

  1. Combine cream, soy sauce and wasabi paste in a bowl.
  2. Add other ingredients to the bowl and mix well. Place in a refrigerator for a while.
  3. Put the mixture in a round mold and decorate on a plate. Garnish with your favorite fresh herbs.
