Lobster Roll with Wasabi

Ingredients: 2 servings

Dinner rolls or hot dog bun2 pcs
Steamed live lobster,
shelled and roughly chopped
2 pcs / 300 g / 10.6 oz
S&B Wasabi Paste1 tsp / 5 g / 0.2 oz
Dijon mustard1 tsp / 5 g / 0.2 oz
Mayonnaise11/3 tbsp / 20 g / 0.7 oz
Lemon zest1 tsp / 5 g / 0.2 oz
Baby leaf1/4 cup / 15 g / 0.5 oz

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine lobster, mayonnaise, wasabi paste and lemon zest. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Place baby leaves on dinner rolls and spread over mixture evenly.
