Sushi with Wasabi and Lemon Flavor

Ingredients: 4 servings

Steamed rice (chilled)3 cups / 500 g / 17.6 oz
Salmon for sashimi, 1/4" cubed1 cups / 100 g / 3.5 oz
Cooked octopus, 1/4" cubed1 cups / 100 g / 3.5 oz
Cherry tomato, cut in halves8 pcs
Cucumber, chopped1 pcs
Avocado, diced
and lemon juice coated
1 pcs
Lemon juice for avocado1 tsp
Flying-fish roe (tobiko)3 tbsp

Wasabi lemon vinegar

Italian parsleyPinch
Lemon juice4 tbsp
Salt1/2 tsp
S&B Premium Wasabi Paste (tube)1 tsp

Directions

  1. Dress salmon with 1/3 teaspoonful of salt.
  2. Mix ingredients with rice, put on a plate, dress with frying-fish roe and garnish with Italian parsley.
  3. Dissolve wasabi and salt in lemon juice. Sprinkle over the rice and serve.
