Soy sauce1.5 tbs
Water1 tbs
Lemon juice1 tbs
S&B Prepared Honnama Hon Wasabi (tube)2 tbs
Potato4 pcs
Cooking oil for fryingSmall portion

Directions

  1. Take the beef out of refrigerator 30 minutes before cooking. Cut potatoes into wedges and put in a frying pan, pour in just enough cooking oil to cover them and cook on a medium heat until brown. When cooked, drain the oil and season with salt. Refresh watercress in ice bath and cut into bite-sized pieces. Place potatoes and watercress on a plate.
  2. Season beef with salt and pepper just before cooking.
  3. Grill beef. If you cook steak in a frying pan, preheat on a high heat, add beef tallow or cooking oil, and add the beef.
Cook top first for about 1 1/2 minutes, flip and fry for another 1 minute.
Place it on a plate with potatoes and watercress, then garnish with wasabi.
  4. Wipe the oil from the frying pan if there is too much, add butter and cook on a medium heat.
When the butter melts, add water, soy sauce and lemon juice, then bring to a very low simmer to make the sauce.
    Pour sauce over the steak.
