Tofu and Avocado Dressed with Wasabi Salt

Ingredients: 4 servings

Avocado1 pcs
Momen tofu (soybean curd, firm)1/2 pcs
Lemon juice or vinegar1/2 tsp
Salt1/2 tps / 20 g / 0.7 oz
S&B Premium Wasabi Paste (tube)1 tsp

Directions

  1. Cut avocado in half, remove the seed, peel and cut into 1.5cm cubes.
    Dress with lemon juice or vinegar to keep them looking green and fresh.
  2. Put tofu in a bowl and mash with fork.
    Add S&B Premium Wasabi Paste (tube) and mix, then season with salt. Add 1) and mix again.
