White fish sashimi
(e.g. tai)
12 slices / 150-200 g / 5.3-7.1 oz
S&B Green Pepper, crushed6 grains
S&B Pink Pepper,

S&B Dill weedPinch
Olive oil (extra virgin)1 tsp

Spicy citrus paste dressing

Salt1/2 tsp
Soy sauce1 tsp
Vinegar1 tbsp
Olive oil (extra virgin)3 tbsp
S&B Spicy Citrus Paste1 tsp
Fresh baby leavesA few

Directions

  1. Place fish sashimi on a plate. Sprinkle peppers, dill weed and olive oil over fish.
  2. Combine dressing ingredients well.
  3. Pour dressing over the fish and garnish with baby leaves.
