Grilled Chicken with Mushroom and Cheese Spicy Citrus Paste Flavor

Ingredients: 2 servings

Chicken breast meat4 pcs
Sake1 tsp
Shimeji mushroom,
divided into small portions
1/3 cup / 30 g / 1.1 oz
Onion, sliced1/3 cup
Pizza cheese1/2 cup / 50 g / 1.8 oz
Butter1 tbs
S&B Seasoned PepperPinch
S&B Spicy Citrus Paste1/2 tsp
S&B Parsley (flakes)Pinch
Aluminum foil 25 x 25 cm2 sheets

Directions

  1. Remove chicken skins and clean chicken.
  2. Sprinkle sake, salt and pepper on chicken.
  3. Spread butter on aluminum foil. Place half of onion on the foil and put chicken over onion. Spread spicy citrus paste on chicken. Place the rest of onion and shimeji over chicken then sprinkle on salt, pepper and cheese.
  4. Fold aluminum foil to cover ingredients. Bake in an oven toaster for 15 minutes. Garnish with parsley and serve.
