Japanese Pepper Tofu

Ingredients: 2 servings

Tofu7 oz / 200 g / 7.1 oz
White miso
(light-brown soybean paste)
1 tbsp
S&B Japanese PepperTo taste
Hot water1/5 cup / 50 ml / 1.8 oz
Gelatin powder1 tsp / 5 g / 0.2 oz

Garnish

Sansho leaves (kinome)For garnish

Directions

  1. Put the gelatin powder in hot water and melt well by warming in the microwave.
  2. Put 1), white miso, tofu and S&B Japanese Pepper in a blender and blend.
  3. Put 2) in a container and chill in a refrigerator for about 90 minutes until set.
  4. Garnish with sansho leaves for visual appeal.
