Roasted nori (seaweed), shreddedSmall handful
S&B Japanese PepperTo taste

Sugar1/2 tbsp
Mirin1/2 tbsp
Sake (rice wine)1 tsp

Directions

  1. Cut the avocado in half lengthwise, remove seed and peel. Cut lengthwise into 5-6mm (1/5") thick pieces and dress with lemon juice.
  2. Combine A ingredients in a small pot and heat to make the sauce.
