Soba in Warm Broth with Assorted Chili Pepper and Tomato Flavors

Ingredients: 2 servings

Soba, cooked and drained4 cups
Soba tsuyu
(dipping sauce for noodles)
1 cups / 200 ml / 7.1 oz
Tomato paste4 tbsp
Tomato1/2 pcs
S&B Assorted Chili PepperTo taste
Fine strips of raw leekSmall portion

Directions

  1. Boil tomato and remove skin and seeds. Cut into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Combine tsuyu and tomato paste in a small pot, then turn on heat and warm it up.
  3. Pour broth into a bowl and add tomato, then sprinkle S&B Assorted Chili Pepper on it.
  4. Serve soba with broth. Enhance the taste by adding finely sliced leek and extra chili pepper.
