Beef Bowl Miso with Green Onion Flavor

Ingredients: 4 servings

Beef, thinly sliced10 oz / 300 g / 10.6 oz
SaltTo taste
Cooking oil1 tbsp
Green onion, chopped diagonally2 pcs
Steamed rice4 cups

Sauce ingredients

Miso3 tbsp / 50 g / 1.8 oz
Sugar3 tbsp
Sake1 tbsp
Soy sauce1 tsp
S&B Ginger Paste (tube)1/2 tbsp
Soup stock1/5 cup / 50 ml / 1.8 oz
Fresh ginger, cut into fine stripsSmall portion
S&B Assorted Chili PepperTo taste

Directions

  1. Season beef with salt. Mix sauce ingredients well. Set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and fry beef as you prefer. Remove beef from frying pan and fry green onions until they become tender.
  3. Put beef back in the pan, add sauce and cook thoroughly.
  4. Serve rice in a bowl and cover it with beef and sauce. Garnish with fresh ginger and sprinkle S&B Assorted Chili Pepper over dish.
