Ingredients: 2 servings

Roast pork (char siu),
cut into thin strips
7 oz / 200 g / 7.1 oz
Leeks, finely shredded1 cup / 100 g / 3.5 oz
S&B Okazu La-Yu
(chili oil with crunchy garlic)
1 tbsp
S&B Chili Pepper1 tsp
S&B La-Yu (chili oil)1 tbsp

Directions

  1. Mix pork and S&B Okazu La-Yu.
  2. Mix leek and S&B Okazu La-Yu.
  3. Place pork with leek on a plate. Add S&B La-Yu (chili oil) and S&B Chili Pepper to taste.
