2 slices of fish (approx. 90 g each) Dash of salt and white pepper 2 tablespoons flour 1/2 to 1 teaspoon curry powder 2 teaspoons cooking oil 10 g butter 1/2 lemon
- Season fish on both sides with salt and white pepper to taste.
- Mix flour and curry powder to make coating.
- Dredge fish in coating.
- Heat cooking oil in a fry pan over medium heat.
- Add butter to pan and let melt.
- Immediately add fish and cook both sides until golden brown.
- Squeeze lemon juice over fish and serve.
