Ingredients

2 slices of fish (approx. 90 g each)
Dash of salt and white pepper
2 tablespoons flour
1/2 to 1 teaspoon curry powder
2 teaspoons cooking oil
10 g butter
1/2 lemon

Directions

  1. Season fish on both sides with salt and white pepper to taste.
  2. Mix flour and curry powder to make coating.
  3. Dredge fish in coating.
  4. Heat cooking oil in a fry pan over medium heat.
  5. Add butter to pan and let melt.
  6. Immediately add fish and cook both sides until golden brown.
  7. Squeeze lemon juice over fish and serve.
