Cream Curry Spaghetti

Cream Curry Spaghetti

Ingredients: 2 servings

Meat (beef, pork or chicken of
your choice, 1" diced)
50 g / 1.8 oz
Onion, diced into 1" cubes30 g / 1.1 oz
Carrot, diced into 1" cubes20 g / 0.7 oz
Potato, diced into 1" cubes50 g / 1.8 oz
Cooking oil1 tsp
Water (or broth)250 cc
S&B Curry Sauce Mix40 g / 1.4 oz
Spaghetti230 g / 8.1 oz
Fresh cream (dairy or non-dairy)80 ml
Powdered cheeseTo taste
Black pepper, coarsely groundPinch
Fresh Italian parsley, coarsely chopped1 tbsp

Directions

  1. 1. Heat cooking oil in a pot and stir fry meat and onions until brown.
  2. Add water and bring to boil. Cook for about 10 minutes with low heat until done.
  3. Turn off the heat, add curry sauce mix and melt it completely. Turn on the heat again and simmer until thickened (about 3 minutes).
  4. Add fresh cream to the pot.
  5. Place cooked spaghetti on a plate and pour curry over it. Sprinkle powdered cheese, black pepper and parsley to taste.
