Curry Flavored Tuna and Mayonnaise Roll

Ingredients: 2 servings (2 mid-sized rolls)

Roasted nori (seaweed)4 sheets
Steamed rice1 lb / 450 g / 15.9 oz
Rice vinegar3 tbsp
Canned tuna, drained1/4 cup / 50 g / 1.8 oz
Finely chopped onion2 tbsp / 20 g / 0.7 oz
Mayonnaise1 tbsp
S&B Curry Powder1/4 tsp
SaltPinch
Leaf lettuceA few leaves

Directions

  1. Mix vinegar and steamed rice to make sushi rice.
  2. Add other ingredients and mix well.
  3. Place lettuce and half of mixture on a sheet of nori and make a roll.
